Pre-arrival and Registration Guidelines

All students must sign a Risk and Responsibility Covid-19 Waiver and submit it at registration. If this form was signed in the fall, returning students do not need to sign it for spring semester.

All students and family members coming for registration will have their temperature checked and will answer the following questions upon arrival:

  1. Have you traveled outside of the USA in the last 14 days?
  2. Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days?
  3. Have you been in close contact with a person known to have the Coronavirus?
  4. Do you currently have fever or lower respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath?

If anyone in your family has an answer of “YES,” before coming to campus, then please stay away.

If the student prefers wearing a mask, we recommend bringing one.

Unfortunately, because of Covid-19, we are limiting each student to two family members accompanying them for registration. Once a student is registered, parents and other guests will need to leave campus.

Early arrival times must be approved by the Dean of Students.

Semester Guidelines

Students are to maintain daily temperature and symptom testing.

If quarantine is necessary, rooms, necessities, and meals will be provided.

Noncompliance to required safety protocols could result in disciplinary action, up to dismissal from FSB.

Dining Hall/ Classes / Dormitories

New safety procedures are being formulated for the protection of our school family and guests.


During the semester, we discourage unnecessary travel outside of this region of the country.
