Frontier's approach to education centers on the study of the Bible, places emphasis on spiritual life, and stresses the practical training of the student in Christian service. Rather than focusing on philosophy, criticism, and studies about the Bible, attention is centered on study of the Bible itself. This study, coupled with the opportunity to put these truths to work in personal witnessing and in spiritual growth, is designed to produce an evangelistic and missionary spirit and an attitude of submission to the Lord.
Biblical Studies is the Major for each student at FSB. Specialized areas of study include General Bible, Christian Education, Missions, Music Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, and Youth Ministry. The course prescribed for a first year student (Freshman) will give a good foundation to any Christian regardless of future vocation. Upon entering his/her Junior year, each student is required to choose one of the above specialized areas of study. More details on the specialized areas of ministry can be viewed by downloading our school catalog.
